Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use a necessary cookie to remember your preferences and, only with your consent, analytics including privacy-masked Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and session replays to understand how the site is used and performs. With your separate marketing consent, Google advertising signals let us measure which Google Ads campaigns lead to bookings and improve ad relevance. Until you consent, our Google tag sets and reads no cookies; Google Ads then receives only cookieless measurement signals, as explained below.
| Cookie | Category | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| cc | Necessary | Stores your cookie consent choice so we don't ask again. | 180 days |
| _ga, _ga_* | Analytics | Google Analytics — measures visits and site performance. Only set once you consent to analytics. | Up to 2 years |
| _clck | Analytics | Stores a pseudonymous Clarity visitor ID and site preferences so visits can be associated. | Up to 1 year |
| _clsk | Analytics | Connects page views into one Clarity session recording. | Up to 1 day |
| _gcl_* | Marketing | Google Ads conversion attribution — may store details of the ad click that brought you to the site. Only set with marketing consent. | 90 days |
Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights are loaded only if you opt in to analytics, and neither sets a browser cookie. Our Google tag loads on public pages in Google's consent mode: until you consent it sets and reads no cookies, Google Analytics stays switched off, and ad click identifiers are removed from requests. Without your consent, Google Ads receives only cookieless measurement signals about page loads and lead actions (a booking request, a contact-form enquiry, a tap on a WhatsApp or phone link), which Google uses to estimate ad results in aggregate. Google Analytics switches on once you opt in to analytics or marketing, but sets its analytics cookies (see above) only with analytics consent. Your marketing consent controls Google's advertising signals (ad storage, ad user data, ad personalisation): with it, Google may store and use data about the ad click that brought you here — including the _gcl_* cookies listed above — so Google Ads can measure which ads lead to bookings and personalise advertising; without it these signals stay denied. With marketing consent alone, Google Analytics runs without analytics cookies and page visits reach Google only as cookieless pings used for this conversion measurement. Details on how Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Microsoft Clarity loads only with analytics consent and may set the first-party cookies listed above; its advertising storage is always denied in our setup. With analytics consent we also keep a short-lived note in your browser (session storage) of the page you arrived on, the referring site and any campaign tags; it is saved with your request only if you submit a booking or contact form.
On your first visit a banner lets you accept all cookies, decline non-essential ones, or choose categories individually. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the site footer. Necessary cookies cannot be switched off, as the site cannot function without them. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
